Small Time Gangster - New Data Lab Service at Digital Pictures

Wickedly funny and totally addictive, SMALL TIME GANGSTER follows the journey of Tony Piccolo, an underworld enforcer; a veteran stand-over man, the best in the business. His wife and kids have no idea - they think he’s a carpet cleaner!  

In what promises to be a standout show for 2011, SMALL TIME GANGSTER wrapped up it’s RED camera shoot with DOP Craig Barden at the end of November. The Digital Pictures’ Data lab team worked with the on-set team, editor Stephen Evans and edit assistant Simon Ryan to provide digital daily back ups to archive LTO data tape.
 
The DP Datalab team also provided the Burberry-Boilermaker Producers with daily quality assurance (QA) spot checks.
 
These measures were undertaken to ensure the quality and preservation of the series’ digital negative and provided ‘peace of mind’ for all involved in the production of the series.
